This article explains how to claim your rewards after completing tasks in the Rewards Hub.

How to claim your reward

Once you complete a task in the Rewards Hub:

1. Go to the Reward Center.
2. The Claim button will become active for that reward.
3. After claiming, the reward appears under My Rewards.
4. If the reward is below the minimum withdrawal threshold (e.g., 100 USDT), it will remain in Pending status.

Additional notes

• Some rewards (vouchers, futures bonuses) are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawable rewards require reaching the minimum balance.

Common issues

• Claim button not active because the task is not fully completed.
• Reward remains pending due to low balance.
• User expects vouchers to be withdrawable.
