Additional notes

  • After changing security settings (Password, Email, Phone Number, Anti‑Phishing Code, or 2FA), withdrawals will be suspended for 12 hours for security protection.
  • Make sure your phone number is always accessible and up to date.
  • Keep both SMS and Google Authenticator enabled for maximum security.

Common Issues

  • Incorrect phone number format may block verification.
  • Not receiving SMS due to carrier restrictions or network delays.
  • Wrong Google Authenticator code prevents completion.
