How can I use the Coinlocally Futures Calculator?

Steps to use the Futures Calculator

1. Open the Calculator

  • Click the Calculator icon located on the Order Entry Panel on the right side of the Futures Trading page.

2. Choose the calculation type

You can select one of the following options:

  • Profit/Loss
  • Target Price
  • Liquidation Price

3. Enter your trade details

  • Select whether you want to Open Long or Open Short.
  • Enter your Entry Price, Target Price, and Quantity.
  • Adjust your leverage level using the slider bar.

4. Calculate the result

  • Click the Calculate button.
  • Your Profit/Loss, Target Price, or Liquidation Price will appear on the right side of the panel.

Additional notes

  • In the Liquidation Price tab, you can switch between Cross Margin and Isolated Margin modes.

Common Issues

  • Incorrect inputs may lead to inaccurate results.
  • Choosing the wrong position type (Long/Short) will change the calculation outcome.
  • Not adjusting leverage properly may affect the liquidation price.
