This article explains what happens if your Buy Crypto order is cancelled after payment.

Refund process

If your order is cancelled after payment, your funds will be refunded. The purchase process will be stopped automatically. However, your bank may not reverse the payment immediately.

If the refund does not appear, contact Alchemy Pay support at Support@alchemypay.org or reach out to Coinlocally support.

Include the following information:

• Alchemy Pay Order ID
• Payment Serial Number
• Crypto Wallet Address or Transaction Hash
• Screenshot of your payment receipt

Alchemy Pay does not charge any fees for failed or cancelled transactions.

Additional notes

• Refund times depend on your bank.
• Some banks may take several business days to process reversals.
