What should I do if I can’t receive the verification code by email? And How to Fix It?

Introduction

This article explains why you may not receive your Coinlocally withdrawal verification code via email and what steps you can take to fix the issue. Withdrawal codes are automatically sent to the email address you registered during signup — you do not need to enter an email during the withdrawal process.

Steps to Fix Missing Withdrawal Verification Codes

Option 1: Check Your Email Inbox and Filters

  • Open the inbox of the email linked to your Coinlocally account.
  • Check the Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders.
  • Search for emails sent from noreply@coinlocally.com.
  • Refresh your inbox or log out and back into your email account.
  • Step 1 (Additional): Check your junk/spam box to determine if the email has unintentionally landed there.

Option 2: Verify Your Email Settings and Connection

  • Make sure your registered email address is active and accessible.
  • Add noreply@coinlocally.com to your contacts/whitelist to prevent filtering.
  • Disable any VPN, proxy, or email filtering tools that may block automated messages.
  • Wait a few minutes and request the code again.
How to Whitelist Email Addresses (Examples for Major Providers)

Some email providers may filter automated security emails. Whitelisting ensures you always receive messages from Coinlocally.

Gmail

Step 1: Go to Gmail settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses.

Step 2: Click Create a new filter, enter the domain in the “From” field, then click Create filter.

Step 3: Select Never send it to Spam to complete the whitelist.

ProtonMail

(You can add the sender to your Allow List from Settings → Filters.)

iCloud

(Add the sender to your VIP list or create a rule to mark messages as “Not Junk.”)

Hotmail & Outlook

(Add the sender to Safe Senders under Junk Email settings.)

Yahoo Mail

(Add the sender to Contacts or create a filter to route emails to Inbox.)

Option 3: Try Again Using Chrome Incognito Mode

  • Submit another withdrawal or email authentication request using Google Chrome Incognito Mode.
  • If this works, it indicates a browser caching or extension issue.
  • Clear your main browser’s cookies and cache to prevent the issue from recurring.

Option 4: Avoid Excessive Requests

Submitting too many verification requests in a short period may trigger a temporary timeout, preventing new emails from being sent.

  • If this happens, wait 15 minutes before submitting a new request.

Additional Notes

  • Email delivery may take a few minutes depending on your provider.
  • Avoid requesting too many codes quickly — this may temporarily block new attempts.
  • Withdrawal codes are only sent to the email you registered during signup.
  • If your email is inactive, blocked, or inaccessible, you will not receive the code.

Common Issues

  • Using an inactive or inaccessible email address.
  • Email provider filtering messages from noreply@coinlocally.com.
  • VPN or proxy blocking automated security emails.
  • Requesting multiple codes too quickly, causing temporary rate limits.

Tip: Ensure your registered email is active and able to receive messages before initiating a withdrawal.
